Pats win. Pats cover (I'm 1-0 this week!). Solid game all around. The defense played great, never allowing the Chiefs limited passing game to get off the ground or giving up huge running plays. The offense looked more the Patriots offense should look like, though they still have no semblance of a running game. Tommy was Tommy, and it (obviously) makes such a difference when key playmakers like Julian Edelman and Gronk are healthy. I won't let reports of Edelman limping to the x-ray room after the game dampen my spirits too much.
Anyone have flashbacks of the 04 Super Bowl during that last Chiefs drive? Absolutely no sense of urgency. Whatever, I'll take it. Andy Reid is like a coaching android who was designed to call the best play for the down and distance, with absolutely no capacity to factor in clock and score.
